Great UI/UX (at least on Apple devices) Works great, especially on Macs and iPhones Has been hacked several times, some vulnerabilities that are showing up show that the product has a lot of technical baggage which is kind of scary. The user experience can sometimes be annoying. The enterprise version is not the best implementation of a password manager its kind of buggy and slow sometimes and the concept of linking personal and company vaults is not the easiest to wrap your head around. And even if we could, placing all of our customers passwords behind a single master password is a reason to worry. I cannot easily deploy/resell it to my customers. Although not always reliable ha this mature feel about it. Has been in the market for a very long time considered by a lot like the most popular one. Things might have changed with some product but i try to keep in touch with the different players so probably not a lot of changes happened without me knowing. We will not be renewing our existing contract with another vendor.) (Full disclosure, Myki is my favorite, i've convinced my previous boss to move to it and just did the same at my new company. Throughout the years i've used almost every product and I will share my experience below. I have a lot of experience in talking about password managers and how they help us and our customers stay safe.
